  • Reviewed and improved Kiowa and Blackhawk helicopter pilot and maintenance engineer training.
  • Managed 180 staff in four geographically dispersed facilities.
  • Assessed, planned and implemented business improvement systems to increase efficiency.
  • Reduced costs (met four-year target in nine months) through business reengineering, best practice project management and lean methodologies.
  • Exceeded business targets by increasing sales to existing and new customers.
